  credit card payments with an additional 4% fee for transact
 ions under $500. No credit cards are accepted over $500. NO 
 PERSONAL CHECKS. ANY TRANSACTIONS OVER $5\,000 MUST BE PAID 
 FOR BY BANK WIRE ONLY. All Cashier’s Checks must be made p
