By placing a bid, you accept all of the following Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Terms and Conditions of Service.
CLOSE OF RESERVE AUCTION
This reserve auction shall end at 6:30 pm on Wednesday February 4th, 2026; provided, however, that this reserve auction will close using an extended bidding format.
SALES TAX
8% ND SALES TAX - Unless you have a ND Sale Tax Resale Exempt Form on file with us.
Fargo Auctions will be collecting ND sales tax. All fees associated with transferring titled items will be done at Motor Vehicle.
BUYER’S FEE OR PREMIUM
A buyer’s fee of 15% (premium) is charged on each item.

PAYMENT TERMS
Cash, cashier’s check or bank wire are acceptable forms of payment.
TITLED ITEMS
All titled items will have a $100.00 doc fee. No exceptions.
Fargo Auctions will accept credit card payments with an additional 4% fee for transactions under $500. No credit cards are accepted over $500.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
ANY TRANSACTIONS OVER $5,000 MUST BE PAID FOR BY BANK WIRE ONLY.
All Cashier’s Checks must be made payable to Fargo Auctions.
All Cashier’s Checks will be verified by the Financial Institution upon which they are drawn.
No items will be released until the entire invoice is paid in full.
If you do not pick up your items or make arrangements to do so on load out day, you will be blocked from placing future bids.
